
Refund and Returns Policy

At KeyAliTech, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free refund and return policy. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out, and we want to make the return or exchange process as easy and convenient as possible.
Please review the following guidelines for refunds and returns:
1. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Condition: The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns or exchanges.
2. How to Initiate a Return
If you wish to return a product, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team at support@keyalitech.com or call (917) 208-4154 to initiate the return process.
- Provide Details: Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN), along with return instructions.
- Shipping the Item: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging and return them to us at the address provided with the Return Authorization. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or the return is due to our error.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note the following:
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item, damaged goods).
- Restocking Fees: A 10% restocking fee may apply for returns that are not due to our error or damaged items.
- Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed only once the item has been received and inspected.
4. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will take full responsibility. Please follow these steps:
- Contact Us Immediately: Notify our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Provide Evidence: Include photos of the damaged or defective item, along with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
- Return and Refund: We will provide you with a prepaid return label to send the defective product back. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement, at your preference.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and cannot be refunded:
- Gift cards or store credits
- Items marked as Final Sale or clearance items
- Opened and used products (unless defective)
- Personalized products or items with custom engravings
7. Exceptions
We may, in some cases, make exceptions to our return policy, such as for products purchased as gifts or special circumstances. Please contact our customer service team to discuss any special requests.
